Human Resources Director
Joy has extensive Human Resources (HR) experience. A key member of the management team, Joy provides leadership and vision while overseeing the company's HR programs, including benefit administration and coordination, training, diversity awareness, and development and risk management programs. An effective communicator, Joy is able to develop and communicate HR Safety policies and procedures to all employees, including planning and implementing processes to keep employees aware of information related to various conditions of employment. Joy is also responsible for ensuring that employees are treated fairly and consistently, and to advocate on their behalf when necessary.
