Michelle has over fifteen year's experience in the customer service industry and public information. She is the Community Relations and Public Information Officer for PMT. Michelle is very active in the community working with business leaders and fire departments to develop working relationships and partnerships to better educate the community regarding EMS issues, safety, injury, illness prevention and stronger community relations. Michelle is a member of the Arizona Healthcare Association, the Arizona Ambulance Association, the American Heart Association and the Tempe Chamber of Commerce.
