Ralph is PMT's Chief Compliance Officer for federal health care billings. Ralph began his career in ambulance service in 1976. His expertise in accounts receivable nationally and locally is stellar. Ralph was a part of the first team to develop the first computerized billing systems for Ambulances in 1980. Ralph has designed, implemented and managed some of the most successful programs including AR programs in Connecticut, Texas, Arizona, Nevada, and Southern California as well as managing the City of Phoenix's Fire Department's ambulance billing and collection contract. His understanding and acumen for third party reimbursement and customer service has made him a national resource in the industry.
